Renter’s Insurance:

Tenant’s Renter’s Insurance is required.

If you do not have Renter’s Insurance, you will be placed on our policy under Resident Shield Renter’s Insurance.

Instructions for Vacating Home:

Once you’ve decided to move out, you’ll need to submit a 20-day written notice to vacate along with your forwarding address to your Property Manager. If you are month-to-month, please provide 20-day written notice prior to the last day of the month you would like to vacate. Example: if you wish to vacate March 31st, please email/mail your written notice to your corresponding Property Manager no later than March 11th.

*Do not dispose of large furniture/items in dumpster area. You will be charged a fee*

If there is a refund due, we will mail your deposit minus any itemized charges to your forwarding address 21 days after your move-out.

To-Do Before Move-Out: 

– Close/transfer your account with Seattle City Light (206) 684-3000.

– Close /transfer your account with cable/internet service provider.

– Submit change of address form with USPS & renters insurance provider

– Check all cabinets, closets, storage spaces for personal items.
