Mike Bessenyey | President
Mike is a Real Estate Management Professional with experience primarily in Washington State as well as projects in California, Texas, Indiana and Ohio. Prior to joining Bonavista Real Estate Management in 2014 he founded and operated a real estate management company in Seattle. He also spent over seven years with a private real estate group in Seattle where he developed lead operations of property and asset management. Throughout his career Mike has been involved with the management of over 6,000 apartments and mixed use properties and commercial real estate with values exceeding $350 million.
Mike’s leadership of Bonavista and properties we manage is backed up with experience throughout the spectrum of positions within the real estate management industry. He has an aptitude for making the right decisions at the right time to grow and protect the assets in our portfolio. With acute focus on net operating income and involvement in all aspects of property and asset management, Mike will continue to produce exceptional results for property owners, investors and lenders in the Pacific Northwest
Eric Jensen | Designated Broker
Eric has been managing multifamily properties in the Pacific Northwest for eighteen years and brings his experience, commitment to our company and all of the properties we manage. He is responsible for the daily operations of properties in our portfolio. He oversees our maintenance and leasing teams, budgeting, A/P and A/R, and human resources. Eric strives to exceed goals, and maintain the best possible environment at the properties he oversees. His attention to detail exceeds most which provides a platform for thorough management of our portfolio and is an integral part of providing the exceptional results we deliver to our clients.
Nathan Codiroli | Controller
Nathan is a key asset when it comes to our daily and monthly accounting and financial operations. He has sixteen years experience in the multifamily industry which has given him the experience needed to excel in all aspects of accounting operations. We take comfort knowing that Nathan does not take short cuts or let anything past his watchful eye when it comes to the accounting for our portfolio of properties. Nathan is a Washington State licensed CPA who works with our clients and theirs accountants on a regular basis to ensure all statements; balance sheets and reports are 100% accurate, reconciled and audited. Nathan also oversees all the daily accounting operations and calendar from accounts payable to detailed analysis and assessment.
Meggie Greiff | Regional Portfolio Manager
Meggie joined the Bonavista team in 2015. She brings a robust knowledge of the multifamily industry in the Seattle area. She has property management experience ranging from on-site management to Regional Portfolio Manager and everything in-between. Meggie is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of a number of properties in the King County area. Meggie’s ability to identify areas of improvement helps drive innovation and simplify processes, which greatly benefits all our properties. Keen attention to detail and focus on customer service makes Meggie a great asset to our team as well as to our residents.
